Return Policy
We gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit. No cash returns. We also offer exchanges, however if any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund with store credit.
***Return items unused and in the same condition you received them in within 10 days from delivery. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, we unfortunately can not accept the return.
We can not accept returns on the following items as they are FINAL SALE:
- Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Accessories
How to return:
Step 1: Email us at shop.zayzar@gmail.com with your full name, order number and reason for the return.
Step 2: We will email you back with a return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure to include your name or order number in the package
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please make sure to keep your tracking number incase this happens!
Late or missing returns
Once we receive your returned item, please allow us 3-5 business days to process the return. Once the return has been processed, we will issue you a store credit via email OR will send you exchange at earliest business day.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 3 hours of placing it unless it has already been shipped. No cancellations are guaranteed. Please check your order before placing it.
Reporting Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please report it to us within 2 days of receiving the item. Please send us an email and include pictures of the damaged item for our reference. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We cannot accept items that have been exposed to pet hair, makeup, deodorant, stains, perfume, cigarette smells, or any other kind of imperfections. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet these conditions, and any associated costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.***
